We extend our warmest congratulations to Councillor Simthembile Sicoto on his election as Speaker of the Port St Johns Municipality Council.<\/p>

As a dedicated public servant, Cllr Sicoto brings valuable experience and leadership skills to this critical role. We look forward to his guidance in promoting community participation, overseeing council operations, and ensuring accountability. Under his leadership, we anticipate increased collaboration and progress in addressing the municipality’s key challenges. We wish him success in his tenure and pledge our support in working towards a prosperous and sustainable Port St Johns community.<\/p>

Cllr Sicoto joined the Port St Johns Council in 2016 as a ward councillor, for ward 14. In his second term in council he was appointed into executive committee as a Portfolio Head for the corporate services portfolio where he outdid himself by assisting the municipal in filling critical positions to enhance service delivery.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
